The Cylindex Cylinder Assessment Technician course: visual inspection, valve service, oxygen cleaning, and fill station operations for anyone responsible for high-pressure cylinders. eLearning plus one hands-on day in a working shop. Capped at 4 students. $349.

Most inspection courses stop at spotting obvious damage. C.A.T. connects the whole system: how to run a defensible external and internal inspection, assess and service valves and threads, know when and how to oxygen clean, fill air and nitrox safely, and keep the records that protect you and your customers under DOT and OSHA. You train on real cylinders, valves, and our fill station, and leave able to apply the standards immediately, whether you work in a dive shop or maintain your own gear.
