5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Courses:

  • Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made with at least 72 hours’ notice are eligible for a credit toward future services.
  • Operator Cancellations: If a class or dive is canceled by Depth Finder’s Scuba due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a credit.
  • No-Shows: Customers who do not show up for their scheduled session will be charged the full price.

Products: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 of purchase and must include the original receipt. Products must be in unused, resalable condition.

Services: Repair services are non-refundable once work has begun.
