The Dive Rite Open Bottom SMB is the technical diver's preferred signal tube — the open bottom design allows you to inflate it from your second stage at any depth, making deployment easier and more reliable than closed-bottom models when you're at a deco stop or a safety stop with cold hands and low gas. Once at the surface, it stays inflated and highly visible in bright orange or pink. Required safety kit for any technical, wreck, or open ocean diver.
